A foundation rooted in lived realities — and reaching toward systems change.
Founded in 2009.
Incorporated with the Nigerian Corporate Affairs Commission in 2009, Hope and Hearts Charity Care Foundation (HHCCF) is a women-led, non-profit organisation working in Nigeria to advance gender justice, women's leadership, and economic empowerment, with a strong focus on marginalised women, girls, and justice-involved populations.
HHCCF is a grassroots-rooted organisation with an institutional and policy-oriented outlook. The Foundation emerged from direct engagement with women and children experiencing poverty, exclusion, and limited access to opportunity.
HHCCF works at the intersection of community empowerment, leadership development, and systems change — ensuring that lived realities inform both practice and policy advocacy.
To provide women, girls, and vulnerable groups with tools for economic independence, gender justice awareness, and mental fortitude through specialised skills development, financial literacy, leadership training, and strategic mentorship — fostering a future where they are leaders of their own destinies.
To raise a generation of resilient women and empowered children who lead with confidence, think strategically, and break the cycle of poverty and gender inequality through knowledge, opportunity, and character.

Welcome to Hope and Hearts.
We believe every woman and girl deserves the chance to rise above poverty, violence, and inequality. In 2009, we began this journey with a simple but deep conviction: that when women are empowered with knowledge, skills, and opportunity, they transform not only their own lives but entire communities.
Today, we stand with marginalised women, girls and women in conflict, survivors of gender-based violence, and vulnerable children — walking alongside them as they rebuild their lives, discover their voice, and claim their rightful place as leaders.
Our work is rooted in love, justice, and unwavering hope. Together, we are breaking cycles of exclusion and building a future where women and girls lead with confidence and dignity.
Thank you for standing with us.
